For Rev 3 and later boards there are some jumpers on the back of the board that you can install to allow you to access serial boot mode. The jumpers are at JP14 and JP15. After using the serial bootloader, the jumpers must be removed to re-enable the J-Link JTAG debugger (failing to do so may permanently damage the J-Link interface).

Ensure JVCD and JJLD are open; If you cut J21, JSWD, JDIO, and JCLK, ensure these are reconnected. Power the EVAL board while pressing the reset button.
